Wholesaling Advice. (Contracts)

Hello,

I'm learning about wholesaling and I have a few questions. When you get a wholesale deal under contract, should I just bring the purchase and sales agreement that BP provides? Or should I bring the TREC contract? Am a little lost on what kind of contracts I need to bring to the table. Is there a special wholesalers contract? Any advice/links would be great!

Thanks,

Caleb.

TREC should have everything you need. The only modification is to make sure that the purchaser is listed as "Caleb L or assigns" or something to that effect, so you have the legal right to assign the contract. Other than that, the title company will be able to walk you through all the rest of what you need to do to close the deal.
