I do project engineering which does translate to RE a bit - scopes of work, cost estimates, monitoring of contracts.

Outside of fetching some beer from the garage fridge, nobody uses it (we have a camera in there to monitor trash pick up and we never get notifications of anyone in the garage) 

Monitor your credit monthly with a service like Truecredit.com or myfico.com or some such.

Interestingly, most of the paths lead to "just monitor".Why?

Obtain a couple people who monitor MLS, one main contractor, a marketer etc.
