So i have some friends in the Kansas City, Mo area that have been ripped off by the builder of their dream home.

They parlayed that into their dream house on the lake, and had enough to also buy a fixer upper on the lake that is now an air B&B.  

I am new realstate investor(can't call my self an investor) looking for some advice how to get more mortgage loans to make my dream come thru.
