The employment to population ratio is sitting at about 68% where a thriving town like Ann Arbor, which Ypsilanti borders, is sitting around 77%.

The subject property is a probate sale so I'm assuming the deceased was an elderly person.

They also just inherited their deceased parents and it sounded from talking to them that its just time to move on although they loved the property...Long story short!

Also, in towns/cities with large selling price disparities like Lowell, you can find good opportunities because good areas will border average areas and average areas will border bad areas.
