They are soft and dry faster.

The grime just really adds up and if you don't stay on top of it it can ruin rugs, towels and furniture.

Yes just like @Bruce Woodruff explained a light blanket is much easier to clean and keep nice, just don't get the fuzzy ones your cleaners will hate you, go for regular soft ones you can buy at Walmart. 

As for fees, your typical STR management company down here will be in the 15-20% range plus your regular costs to run a STR (consumables, towels, maintenance, etc.).

In my area, we have Tastykakes and soft pretzels.

We then use Google Spreadsheets to track the numbers and then attach the spreadsheets to the Podio project page via soft link.

Does anyone have recommendations on one that they have used and works well, that doesn't get soft around the edges?

I approached him about contributing a portion of their funds early to help cover some of the predevelopment soft costs like geo-tech and architect fees.
