Sunny Isle Condo - Help Needed

Hi All,

Currently living in NYC, looking to purchase a beach front condo in sunny isle. Looking to use it as a getaway from the city, maybe spend 2-3 weeks every 2 months there. Ideally would like to SRT when i'm not there to try and cover some of my costs. Need some advise regarding which buildings are SRT friendly and where I can find a good broker to work with me. Some questions if anyone can help it will be appreciated:

- What is the minimum down payment required for condos in sunny isle?

- Is hurricane insurance covered in my condo fees or is this something I would have to pay out of pocket?

- Aside from the following: Condo fee, tax, home owners insurance, hurricane insurance (is this in addition to home owners insurance)?, management fee if renting out. Are there any other fee's I need to be aware of?

- How is the Sunny isle market right now is it  a buyers or sellers market?
