I sat through the webinar and while they tell a good story, at the end it still sounded like they were selling magic beans.

In other words, magic words to insert into your deal offers/contracts, so someone else does not up your accepted offer by $500 and take your deal.What wording/clauses do YOU put into your offer letters/deals to prevent other investors taking or the seller from stealing your deals?

It is a result of working our plan and not because of any one person sitting in a government office that waves a magic wand and all live happily ever after.

I'm not some "guru investor" and my letter is not magic...and for that matter NO OTHER LETTER IS MAGIC.

They all need plenty of work but that’s where the fun is and sometimes you find some magic in the margins.

I'm not sure there is any magical postcard layouts/verbiage but if you look at the one I have them use, you might be able to see what I do feel is important to have on the postcard.

you get slightly upset when you see another investors bandit sign magically appeared next to yours. ...you call that investor and see if they want to do a JV on any deals.
