Postcard Marketing, 5000 for $99

I was asked a few times since one of my last videos I did talking to one of my passive realtors about the postcards I/we were mentioning.

Justin was and maybe still is using http://www.phoenixmedia.com/ where he's getting 5000 postcards for $250something which he and I thought were great. They're better quality than you get with something like Vistaprint etc...

Then, another Realtor friend of mine told me that she uses this company: http://gotprint.net/g/welcome.do and was getting them for a hundred bucks.

Disclosure, I'm not an affiliate, that is not an affiliate link, it is a direct link to the main page.

When I was talking to the realtor in the video, that is the site we were referring to. This morning, she text me it was $99 + shipping and it came out to about $110 ish, she couldn't remember the exact amount.

As to what to put on the card, I have another post here somewhere that I can't find, maybe someone can post a link. Where I put word for word exactly what the postcard(s) say minus the Realtors phone number of course.

I'm not sure there is any magical postcard layouts/verbiage but if you look at the one I have them use, you might be able to see what I do feel is important to have on the postcard.

I hope that helps, if it does, don't forget to vote this post up
