Did you file a police report at the time you discovered the furniture missing?

Now in my neighborhood, if a child at the bus stop had a gun, and an adult knew about it, the adult would call 911 and report it, and let the Patrol Officers end the situation for the safety of others, vs breaking the lease and moving away.The Police will end it, and when it's done they will be holding that gun--as evidence.Does she have no Cellular Phone--to let the fingers do the walking--911(???)

But her sisters mom has history of not paying rent and making police kick them out which seems to be a long process.

We saw on our video camera a police officer knocking on our MTR's door when no one was home.

Obviously, if the noise is excessive, they should call the police to document a complaint. 

Just show a judge that police came out there and said it was ok, and represent yourself, case closed.

If she threatens you physically I think you should file a police report to document it.

I went to the property and there was police tape around it.

The problem is that the it is located 1 street away from the major police car route, which I wasn't aware at the time.
