Suing seller for not disclosing neighborhood nuisance (constant police sirens noise)

Hello - I bought a house in a Kansas City neighborhood in the summer.  The problem is that the it is located 1 street away from the major police car route, which I wasn't aware at the time.  When I visited the house during the day, it was very quiet.  But there's constant police car sirens noise every single day at night (throughout the night) that it's impacting my sleep and making me irritated and depressed.  I feel like the seller should have disclosed that as a material community nuisance.   Is there a way to sue the seller for not disclosing?   Any real estate attorney recommendation?

You are not going to have any success with that one. It’s sort of like buying near an airport.
