Soaking it in like a sponge!

I am constantly putting in an effort everyday to soak up as much information as I can through books, podcasts, blogs, and seminars when I can.

I think if we are looking for miracles around every corner we might be pushing them away so just keep sowing the proper seeds and have faith.Thanks for reading,Hope this helps someone!

I do not have much experience except what I have learned through upgrading my house and of course BP and other resources, but while I lack in experience I have been soaking up every ounce of knowledge I can from books,forums, and a few friends.

Congrats  @Joshua Dorkin10 years is a long time; specially in today's tech world, where most of the startups raises a seed round right after about 6 month of work, and an A round shortly after that. 

After the reno, I'll refi the duplex with a conventional mortgage, pay-off the line of credit, and get my seed capital back.My goal is to acquire one more duplex by year-end.

I'm not sure exactly where to start (i.e. wholesaling, rehabbing, etc) to generate additional capital, but I know my end goal is to build a rental portfolio.I'm looking forward to soaking up all the knowledge I can from these forums to help me on my journey!

Lots of great resources here so definitely keep taking a look around and soak it up as much as you can.
