New member from mid-Michigan

Hi all! I am new to the community, and relatively new to the investing side of real estate. I live in Davison, MI where I own my home. I do not have much experience except what I have learned through upgrading my house and of course BP and other resources, but while I lack in experience I have been soaking up every ounce of knowledge I can from books,forums, and a few friends. Can't wait to make new friends, and find people with the same interests in my area!
