My question is where can I find an attorney experienced in NV tax deed investing who has an office in Las Vegas.

Most LAs right now don't need to work that hard because demand is so high and supply is insanely low.

My mother is thinking of selling her current house in Las Vegas and purchasing in another part of the country.

If the last 12 month appreciation repeats itself into 2014, we will back to July 2007 prices right before the crash.Once we get back to July 2007 levels, I think market will start to become very speculative like Las Vegas and Phoenix where money will start pouring in even though properties do not cash flow.

In Las Vegas, they have completely stopped Notice of Defaults from filing, which means that owners can live in their houses for free.

I currently own a couple properties in Las Vegas,NV and Los Angeles.

I am a Realtor in Las Vegas and most of my clients live in other states or countries and one of the first questions I get is, “Why should I invest in Las Vegas?”

I am also from the Vancouver area and invest mostly in the Cleveland and Akron, Ohio markets, but my business partner works out of Atlanta, and I have some experience with the Houston and Las Vegas markets as well.
