Hello everyone!  I'm Gabe from Las Vegas and new to BP.  I own a few rentals with some partners but now looking at wholesaling to build cash flow.  Don't get me wrong, rentals are great especially high paying section 8 ones, but it is slow and looking for another stream of income so I can add more slow income properties to my portfolio, lol.

Anyway, happy to be here and was wondering if anyone had a sample script I can use for cold calling some home owners I've skip traced on some vacant properties I found D4D this weekend.  Thank you.
