An LLC membership interest does not transfer upon death absent some other agreement.

Another way would be to sell equity membership in the LLC that's purchasing it to raise the DP funds or a combo- seller takes a 2nd on another one of your properties for $125k, capital member raise of $125k.   

I figure I should put this PRO membership to work.  

Also reading a lot of the books mentioned, and even signed up for a PRO membership after Brandon's last webinar.
