Asking for recommendations

Hello, 

I recently asked for a recommendation for a CPA in a local market and my post was taken down. I received a message and the admin said that I should post it in the Market Place but I can't find a place to put that. I want a local recommendation so I posted it in the local forums. My question is how do request referrals, the market place is a bit confusing.
