Greetings! I'm just starting out in the world of Real Estate and have been listening to the podcasts pretty much non-stop since I found out about BP. They're all great! Also reading a lot of the books mentioned, and even signed up for a PRO membership after Brandon's last webinar. I knew going back to further my college education wasn't going to get me where I want at my age, and after all I think I've learned from the books and podcasts it's time to take action. I'd like to say I'm leaning toward the flipping or rental property areas, but who knows?! I don't give up easily, and I am serious enough about Real Estate to understand it's not a get-rich-quick deal.

I'm retired navy and have been working in an office for the govt the past 10 years, which I can't see myself doing much longer - life is too short! So, I'm in a stable position as far as income, and not going to make rash decisions out of the gate. On a personal note, I'm big into golf and being outdoors as much as possible - although that's hard to do this time of year in SA! I look forward to networking online and face to face soon.

Cheers!

Ric
