It only took 30+ episodes of nudging for me to finally join BP! 

Right before I started the remodel I watched an episode of a remodel show where the girl used drywall mud on door trim that was 3/4 x 5 squared wood board door/window trim to level it at the seams.

On my device, as of 4/19/16 that’s all the episodes archived back to episode 94, or roughly 110 hours of real estate bliss.

The project was filmed for a pilot episode for his NEW show "Buyer's Bootcamp".

Im trying to learn this as welll......I'm not sure if you have listened to the cash flow ninja podcast, but that has several episodes where this is discussed.....there is also a book by Nelson Nash that covers this technique of using life insurance as a bank ......i'm still on the learning curve  trying to fully understand this as well....

When people started compaining about him on this forum, he created a special podcast episode advisind investors not to be "control freaks" when buying passive investment properties - basically saying like it's OK to wait forever for your property to be rehabbed, after all it's passive investment, right???

@Garrett Davis I believe episode 197 with Chris Heeren is an investor in the Madison, Janesville, Beloit area. 

( maybe it has been discussed, I just haven't listened to that episode yet).  

I've watched so many "Flip that House" episodes on HGTV and it completely stresses me out.
