So I often wondered if people were interested in blending real estate and humor... 

While there is no possibility that I or my father, that are not quite literally family members, can share in the pain that is felt by a daughter, on the spectrum from sympathy to empathy, we absolutely fall on the scale with a greater blend of empathy.

A skilled hardwood floor contractor can blend them together almost seamlessly.

Right now we are averaging in the mid 60% for yearly COC, been that away for a few years now, and likely where I'll keep it for a nice blended level of growth.

Some believe touch up paint means you walk around the house, touching up spots, but that never works as it does not blend in with the rest of the wall, so the entire wall has to be repainted.  

But the inspiration I felt to take real estate investing seriously was unparalleled.

My allure and allure ultra floors I just scrub with a scotch or brillow pad until the scratch blends in.  

When you spray have some one back roll , spraying makes a smooth finish , unfortunatly , when you go to touch it up its hard , if you back roll it blends in .

Has anybody ran into any issues with blending their property as a LTR and an MTR? 

I’m a bartender to the ultra wealthy now which is easy, reliable income, but I remember working at a casino where I had to choose between the high-roller who’d pay me 100 bucks for a lucky beer or the tweaker lady who’d order a blended mudslide with 5 free cherries and tip me in pocket lint.
