TK, Rent to Reward in Memphis, TN
Hi all!
I found what appears to be a pretty good deal on a turn key site called http://renttoreward.com/ In looking up the business I cannot find much feedback on their performance. I have looked up a realty company, GM Realty Inc. founded by the same principals of Rent to Reward, Hans Guenther and Bert Miller.
My questions are thus, has anyone on BP had an experience purchasing through this TK? Has anyone used their lenders, insurance, rennovation/rehab arm or property management? Just trying to get feedback of any sort. All advice is appreciated.
Thank you!

Thank you for your response. Reading up the property management side of their business, GM Property Management out of Memphis, it appears to utilize 1-year leases with automatic renewals. Again, being ignorant as this is my first time, I have no idea if this is any good, better or worse.
One concern I do have, is that it seems that my properties would compete with their (Rent to Reward) properties when it comes to filling vacancies. That said, it is probably one of the expected downsides of using turn key and I would expect that with all TK businesses.
