TK, Rent to Reward in Memphis, TN

Hi all!

I found what appears to be a pretty good deal on a turn key site called http://renttoreward.com/ In looking up the business I cannot find much feedback on their performance. I have looked up a realty company, GM Realty Inc. founded by the same principals of Rent to Reward, Hans Guenther and Bert Miller.

My questions are thus, has anyone on BP had an experience purchasing through this TK? Has anyone used their lenders, insurance, rennovation/rehab arm or property management? Just trying to get feedback of any sort. All advice is appreciated.

Thank you!

@Alexander Price

They are a TK provider but not one of the well known ones, they fly under the radar.  Most of their clients come from foreign countries and the financing option they have for them is a highly aggressive and expensive option.  Only people using it are foreign as they have no other option.  You being a US citizen could just get traditional bank financing.

I can not tell you about their renovations so make sure you do a home inspection to verify quality. Find your own inspector. If they are only renting houses out to tenants on a 12 month lease then that is a recipe for failure.  Our management company does 2yr leases, some others get 18 month leases.

Good luck!
