I’m looking to start doing my “dry reps” as David Greene calls it, so when I do get my down payment saved, I will be able to quickly evaluate a BRRRR deal.I plan on looking through homes for sale in my area and running the numbers on them to see how they pan out.

So unless you can get an off-market deal, and well below market value, it is very tough to make the numbers pan out.
