From my point of view, I wouldn't care who brought the deal if it's a deal, but someone who's a licensed agent has at a minimum gone through the time, cost and trouble to get licensed and [theoretically] do business in an honest and above-board fashion.

one thing you can do is donate money, goods, or helpthere are thousands of displaced people living in shelters, and then there are the first responders that are helping themthey will need food, water, diapers, towels, etc, etc, etcand in less than 2 weeks is thanksgiving, so they will need help then toothis is tragic, and I hope the town is able to be rebuilt in some fashion

If you have a single family home, they will already need to be on the lower end of that range, because a single family has 5 exposed surfaces, as compared to a townhome or apartment with shared walls.
