They have:- kept a ferret without a deposit or approval- just put a hole in the wall- painted all the bedrooms ridiculous colors- Havent oaid their trash bill in over 3 years- replaced all the ceiling fans and did the electrical themselves (without a license)And multiple other things.

Zero clue unless they view copy and paste to opportunity overviews as violation of NDAs... which is ridiculous - 3rd parties would need to log in and sign their own to view any documents.

We would need a ridiculous list of requirements to be ok with these many animals, and still might not be at peace thinking ok the possible amount of damages that they would leave behind.We will pass and wait for the right tenant.

The rent lowing is your decision if you like the way they keep your property and think the lower rent is fair then go for it, but to think that a tenant is going to adhere to a 2 year lease is ridiculous.
