crowdstreet.com acting strange...

Crowdstreet.com seems to have banned me. Anyone else had an issue with this? Zero clue unless they view copy and paste to opportunity overviews as violation of NDAs... which is ridiculous - 3rd parties would need to log in and sign their own to view any documents.  

No warning or any misconduct at all.   I am a bit confused.   Is the site just down? 

I am getting this message without the opportunity to login:
