Having seen earlier proposals for Boston ordinances it seems a pretty reasonable compromise proposal to allow residents to offset Boston’s sky high prices by renting out all or part of their homes, while preventing non-local investors from further removing already limited housing supply (the ultimate fear of all housing departments).

There are no laws, rules or regulations preventing any foreigner, American or otherwise, to buy property in CDMX or Mexico for that matter.If, by having success, you mean getting a profitable investment, I'm sure many American and other investors got that over the last few years (I personally haven't since I've focused my efforts on Mexico's beach markets, which are far better in my opinion.

it is not under a normal use when the appliances break down.it comes from neglect, especially when they are new.I have already made a decision.If I get a pushback they can rent a crappy place, not my place..there are always options...Appliances are provided for a convenience and not a part of rent.Tenants will be responsible and I do not have to suck anything up.Now I think we all know why you wanted to prevent your tenants from talking about you.
