For all investors in Dallas-Metroplex.. what has been a profitable "play" in Dallas, Arlington, Irving, Plano, Frisco ... ?

The idea is to rent this room by room to young professionals in high demand area of Plano, Frisco, Coppell, Lewisville, etc., Are there any other individual in the DFW area in this forum that can help me in this process? 

I have been investing in DFW area (Plano, Collin, Cedar Hill) since late 2014 after knowing that Toyota and a few other big corporate moved their headquarter to DFW.

I used to live in Plano--I'll check it out.

If you plan on living in the house for a couple years then I'd say east of 75 in Plano and Richardson or anything near Collin Creek project.

A lot of industry mount there, great culture and food.I have family who is into investing and her top three ideas were Plano and this city north of Plano I can’t remember the name but it’s suppose to be the Beverly Hills of The area.

wondering if anyone had a referral for a good attorney north of Dallas that has a good understanding of business and real estate. 

The home is located in east Plano.
