Help wanted in buying & renting Duplex in DFW market

Friends, I am a Realtor and wanting to be an investor. I am actively researching properties in the DFW area and looking for duplexes with 3 bedrooms / 2+baths / 2 car garage. Price point would be between $250K - $300K. The idea is to rent this room by room to young professionals in high demand area of Plano, Frisco, Coppell, Lewisville, etc., 

Are there any other individual in the DFW area in this forum that can help me in this process?
