I do plan to use a lot of motion detected light. 

Anything to do with safety make sure it is in order-railings, detectors etc.

I spoke with my broker and the real estate attorneys we usually work with, they said, as long as the plaintiff/ tenant's attorney is able to file a motion or whatever and relate the intentional of the out-of-state company with tax evasion matter, then they can have the liability court in the city where the property is located after the first motion is resolved.

Lack of gfci outlets where needed and other safety issues like missing smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. 

But it is failed smoke detector.

Seems like a metal detector might help find the lines/tanks.

When I’ve had inspections out to close permits they’ve always been sticklers for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

In speaking with other investors, seems it’s a normal thing to come through and check CO2, smoke detectors, etc.

Sounds like your going through the right motions getting your attorney involved in drafting the lease. 

That said, I love this business and I wish I'd known how money moved, and how to keep it in motion without giving it away.
