FHA Inspection Red Flags
I was wondering what are the FHA Inspection red flags in Chicago that may cause a deal to fall through?

@Michael J Scanlon laid out the major issues. Note that if you're on the sell side, other small things may be brought up like missing handrails, window sills/rotted trim, ventilation in attic space. These won't kill the deal but will need to be addressed.
