ugh - please take a look at lingering questions that have overwhelmed me into inaction - Have gleaned from reading that 5-6bdrm pool homes in ORL (buy generally $320-$400k and up, rent at $250-$350/nt) may be in more demand/lower vacancy rate than 3bdrm townhouses (market ~$200k, rent at $100-$150/nt)for Disney-bound renters - is there a definitive way to determine this?  

From what I have gleaned, wholesalers are deal-makers, and they hand a lot of these deals over to investors for a cut (apparently, not of equity in Washington). 

Ron, hate to state the obvious IMHO,  but rather than ask on a message board go next door to your Broker and if not find out who has the most experience in your office investing in similar projects you have interests in so you can glean from Them one/on one.

I've reached out to 2 local investors here already, and have 2 more meetings lined up next week to glean from their expertise.I'm hoping some members of this community are in my area, as I'd love to meet some of the awesome people I've seen posting here.

Wondering what kind of learnings I could glean from any first/second-hand experiences.

Just on BP, I read articles and blogs, to forums, and I have gleaned enough information to ask the right questions of both my P's and my siblings.

Granted, I am fairly new to real estate, so my feelings here might be way off.I'm excited to learn about this type of business and I have so many questions, but I'm just getting started with reading Brandon Turner's book "Rental Property Investing" and reading through this forum to glean what I can.

I have used TD Bank and PenFed for my HELOCs, but have gleaned this list from the affable people here on BP, who share their experiences.
