Greetings from Jackson, TN!
Hello BP Community,
I live in Jackson, TN and am a former IT professional of 17 years, moved to entrepreneurship (eBay, aerial drone photography, 3D printing, and a CBD store), and now I'm a soon-to-be real estate rental investor! I've been rapidly consuming the material in the BP Podcast, BP YouTube channel, and 2 great books: How to Invest in Real Estate and Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat (with 2 more on the way).
I'm about to pull the trigger on attaining financial freedom for my fiance and myself by 2024! I've saved $120k and my plan is to BRRRR starting with SFH, moving to MFH (2-4 units), then branching to Apartments and/or Mobile Home Parks. I've reached out to 2 local investors here already, and have 2 more meetings lined up next week to glean from their expertise.
I'm hoping some members of this community are in my area, as I'd love to meet some of the awesome people I've seen posting here. If you're local to Jackson, or even as far as Memphis or Nashville, I'd love to hear from you!
