Other than the fees, are there other disadvantages to Venmo?

Small MF is in a way a combination of the disadvantages from both ends of the scale, you do not yet have achieved much economy of scale, but you have to deal with MF downsides.

Even a long term tenant if you are out of country and you are managing yourself could be an issue due to time zones etc. but this is worth it to get more info because there may be advantages and disadvantages based on how it is structured.
