@Latimer Luis most financial planners are going to steer you to mutual funds and other stock and bond instruments that they can earn a commission on or charge you a large asset management fee.Unless you are worth millions and don’t have the time to devote to your own personal finances I think you don’t really need a CFP.

here are some of the numbers we found:The current owner purchased in 2010 for 200k with a 70K down payment.I estimate that this can rent out fully at 3250 a month.The owner was going to have someone else repair and manage this, however that is no longer an option and they want out.currently they have a family friend repairing the property, this contractors has several other jobs he is working on and cant devote a lot of time to this.Jeremy and I were trying to think of some ways for us to finance this property with no money down.
