I am new to this industry and understand the importance of getting off to a good start by building a team of professionals who are also real estate investors.  I would appreciate any recommendations regarding a real estate attorney and/or a CPA in the San Jose, CA area.  If you have a reference, please provide some detail as to why you think your reference is good (or bad!).
