If the dogs are still there on day 4 (which you might get on video by knocking on the door and having them bark) you could have filed the unlawful detainer paperwork.

If your income isn't $150k a year at least then you are really just barking up the wrong tree.

As a long term strategy, am I barking up the wrong tree?

Also, if the dogs bark excessively, call the police.

If I accept her I would now limit my ability to rent out the other rooms to people that aren't allergic and love dogs and don't mind occasional barking.
