So @Brent Haggerty, Auburn is a pretty big school at about 25k undergrads so I would guess there would be a need for short or longer stay rentals.

Hello, I'm currently a full-time undergrad in Toronto, Canada.

Even though I am fairly educated in the real estate world: undergrad focused in real estate, and time spent working on the commercial side, I have never done a deal myself.

I did my undergrad at The University of Toledo and my parents lived near Holland for years.

I have 3 years of post undergrad experience at an equities investment company, I recently finished my MBA from a top university and I am looking to become a commercial real estate broker in the Chicago area.I would love some advice on A.) breaking into the industry and B.) what are some of the benefits/drawbacks of different specializations.Any other advice that comes to mind would be greatly appreciated as well!

There should be two years of undergrad and 2-3 more to get her DVM (Veterinarian).  

@Pierre Streat perhaps you can reposition the property to appeal to grad students instead of undergrads.  

The course work shouldn't be that bad as I have taken similar classes as an undergrad, but wondering why it takes 2 years to get the CCIM? 

I'm getting ready to move up to Moscow, ID to finish my undergrad degree at the U of I. 

I am currently looking at VA (that's where I finished my undergrad), NC, and IN.
