Would you invest in this submarket of Toledo, OH?

Hi BP,

I am hoping some Ohio natives can help me decide if this particular area of Toledo, OH is worth looking deeper into. We are looking to purchase an apartment complex close to Holland, OH. Honestly don't know much about the area that is why I would like some feedback. Is this generally a good area of town? Taking a tour on google maps there seems to be some good new retailer in the area. Are there any other employers in this area. Any feed back would be appreciated.
