Commercial Brokers with CCIM Designation

I was wondering if any Commercial Brokers on Bigger Pockets have the CCIM Designation? (Certified Commercial Investment Member)

Sometime in my career I would like to get this designation and wanted to ask specifically on the portfolio requirements.

Thanks,
James

@Tyion Bridgeman  The education is paramount. The knowledge has stuck with me for years and I continue to pull it out of the tool belt every day at a meeting, pitch, showing or call. I have won several assignments just by having the designation either by referral or a client researching or seeking out the designation but in my opinion, the value is in the knowledge. It also doesn't hurt with working with other agents as it gives you instant credibility in a particular marketplace but still doesn't trump the skill set you will learn. The modules are challenging, the production guidelines are hard to achieve, the final exam is brutal and the final portfolio is not easy to put together which ensures the integrity of the designation and reinforcement of the education. You will not regret it and it will pay for itself quickly.
