This Spring I'd like to put in a flower garden or something to give it at least a touch of curb appeal.Also, I have tried painting two of my apartments a tan/beige color rather than white and I got tons of compliments about it during the "open house".

We used to use 3 colors - a beige/tan (flat) for the walls, swiss coffee (satin or eggshell) for the trim like molding,  basic 0001 white for ceilings (flat, although some people use eggshell in kitchens and baths for rentals)The best quality is going be Behr Marquee, the pigment count is higher than any other brands.

I have all natural woodwork and paints in tan to off white work much better than 50 shades of grey.

Expecting that the seller (or their heirs) will eventually return to the well and ask to be paid off early to pull more cash later is your opportunity to renegotiate yet another time.Learn some great strategies by studying John Schaub, Jay Decima and Bill Tan.

Now you have San Tan Valley as an extension of Queen Creek. my point is, there is a clear path of progress, and I can get on board with that in terms of being confident about appreciation and development.

I just don't think it's possible for me to got to a website and check my net worth every day or week for the next thirty years, and voting for (to pick a hypothetical example out of the blue) any spray-tanned clown with an improbable bouffant coiffure who promised to make the stock market go up.

Personally, I have generally focused on the SE Valley, Phoenix, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Coolidge, and Maricopa.
