Reviews for GoodEgg Investments online class?

Annie & Julie were on the Best Deals Ever bigger pockets show and they have an online class for real estate investing: https://portal.goodegginvestments.com/passive-real-estate-investor-academy. If you've tried this class, what do you think of the content? It has a lot of good reviews from famous people but I am still skeptical of these expensive guru REI online classes.

@Susan Tan Sorry I'm late to the party! :D I know it's been a while since you started this thread, so I hope you found what you're looking for.
