2023 paint trends

Hey all - I know this has been several times before but wanted to refresh for 2023.  I'm the most un-stylish person you'll meet and my decor, clothes, and car all reflect that so looking for some help please.

- Currently use grey and grey/blues, is this still in?

- Is the current trend polar white with accent walls in the bedrooms and living areas?

I have a tenant that is vacating early so would like to use this opportunity to refresh the paint.  It's a B+ class property and rents super easy but I think a fresh paint job could help this standout more.
