When speaking to him about it he said that his company knows about it and is willing to move him to working in the cooler where he would actually get more OT.I don't have any concern about the DUI, but a truck driver would likely lose their job (livelihood) and I'm not sure how I would go about verifying his statement.

. - They have had to buy a portable A/C unit to cool rooms without wall A/C-Their living room is cooler because of its high ceiling, 3 outside walls, and radiators that do not heat up as hot due to being in the end of the "line", so they use a radiator heater to supplement heat and have mentioned it is cold (which is true - by why leave windows open then?)

Completed work includes resealed/striped parking lot, replaced many of the water heaters and swamp coolers, added new community signage and monument sign, improved parking lot lighting, upgraded laundry machines, added grill area, and installed water saving devices. $40k was spent on low maintenance landscaping.We spent about $231K total in capital improvements.

Basically, takes care of the sign-in process in advance of Guests showing up.3) Allow for adds-ons like boat rentals, ice for coolers, and other miscellaneous up-charges.4) Is accessible to more than one person so that my onsite manager can log in each morning to see the bookings and turnover schedule to give to our housekeeper.5) (optional, but nice) Allows Guests to pay for their stays thru the software.I appreciate your time in advance!
