This is what passes I guess.Anyone have ideas for better integration/workflow and/or rec.s for a CRM? 

I'm looking to see what everyones workflows are for each month.  

Once you get everything set up, such as message workflows, guidebooks, pricing engine, etc, the questions and misc are not that time-consuming.The hard part is getting a good cleaning team/person and a reliable handyman.  

I wish I had some list or workflow (granted one that can be manipulated due to differences in properties) that would include all of these possible items that need to be addressed or a better system in handling all of the different inflection points of a rehab. 

Now taking note of the answers I’m going to look into creating a custom app on Podio that handles that type of workflows.

I didn't find anything that I liked better that would make it worth it for me to change my workflow.  

This is just a little tuck in acquisition that gives you more volume, more workflow, more economies of scale.

The industry has dealt with new technology geared at improving workflow and resident tours, a world-wide virus has come and gone, interest rates have drastically changed the environment and there have even been some major legislative changes that have impacted our industry.
