The traditional method of getting conforming loans from a big bank probably won't work right now, but if you've got will power and a marketing budget you can start doing some creative deals.

No one should be expected to know everything about a given market but a successful agent needs to have the drive and willpower to solve problems and just figure it out. 

@Tim RichterThere will be days when you get your nards kicked into your throat , on such occasions you will need a heavy dose of “why “power ( not will power) because will power doesn’t last and may not be enough on some horrific days where everything goes smash (and they will come ).

All the money, action, motivation, education, will power, ect.

Between my family, 9-5, business, and RE, it's hard to find the willpower to make the effort to pick up the weights or hit the trails.Anyone else out there struggling with this or have advice on how to keep at it?

There is hope for anyone who has the willpower to keep getting up, when knocked down and is willing to learn. 

Will power companies turn things on for a day so you can inspect?

What I mean is sometimes it is not about fear, tenacity, will power, etc.
