Top 3 skills or attributes a real estate agent should have?

I’d like to here from the BP community on what three attributes or even what three skills a successful licensed agent should possess? Why “three”? Good question. I want a simple list that’s all.

What would your three be @Greg Stetz?

I am kind of joking but also kind of not. It takes a lot to be successful as a real estate agent because there are SOOO MANY agents out there. No one should be expected to know everything about a given market but a successful agent needs to have the drive and willpower to solve problems and just figure it out.
