If I had to leave a takeaway from this post before getting too far in it would be that whatever goals are had you have, we have these goals for a reason and typically it does not go exactly as planned but even if it doesn't go as planned, we can pick up where we left off and give it a fresh start.

It's amazing how cheap it can get when you're paying physical cash and having your contractor pick it up at the warehouse.

I am interested in flipping in the downtown / Patty Jewett area and would love to get connected with someone who flips in the Springs (and hopefully pick their brain a bit).

Just love to see how deals are viewed, as I have been told by partners and colleagues of different numbers pertaining to a deals MAO.Interested in picking your brain sometime whenever you are available. 

We got lucky the county picked up the waste dump pickup and dump fees.

So based on that I guess I'd have to pick Detroit.

Or do you allow them to set up and pick their choice?
