  Howdy, Investment Realtor here. 

I have always wondered what other investors think of the Austin market. 

Especially when they underwrite deals. 

I underwrite my own way and I am aware that everyone has their own version of calculations. 

My questions are: What formulas do you use?  

And 

What other conditions/terms/costs do you calculate when underwriting the potential of a deal?
