@Johnny Bartel Knowing what I know about Peoria, is there a certain neighborhood or nearby towns that would interest you?

I currently own a successful short-term rental in Fort Lauderdale and have identified a new property nearby that I’m confident will perform well.

Minimum 2 spots for a 3 bed MTR, minimum 3 or a 4 bed (may want to find if there's an overnight parking lot nearby).

I appreciate a lot, hope next I´m in San Diego we can grab a drink or coffee.

We Normally put steel posts nearby so no one runs into them.In the third picture one unit is just in front of the picture, then a second unit is at the far end on a post.These can be set off by deep fog, rain or sleet. 

Most don't use them all; some fill them themselves with their preferred coffee or tea.  

I could be wrong but I thought I saw that Sacramento requires primary residence for the owner for STR.Do you live in Sacramento or nearby ?

I would say high-quality bedding, cozy outdoor spaces with firepits or seating, and thoughtful touches like local coffee bar setups.

For example, let's say a prison is being built nearby, that could affect the desirability of an area.

I'm visiting for the holidays so would love to do a coffee chat if anyone is up for it!
