Things like valet trash, cable contract reimbursements, RUBs, common area expense budgeting, proper staffing levels, AI revenue management, PPMs, subscription agreements, blue sky filings, commercial lending standards, commercial building codes and permitting, ADA compliance, etc.  

Then jump on landglide or onx and find out who owns the property. idaho, especially ada and canyon county has some funny development laws but a lot split would be possible.

Major plus if they’re already ADA compliant.

I know you have to modify the properties to ADA etc etc.

You have to meet Commercial code, ADA units, fire sprinklers, elevators (maybe), walkways, exterior stairways, etc.

 Emotional Support Animals are not protected by the ADA or Tennessee's SERVICE ANIMAL LAWS.

I was going to ad a section to our website for prospective tenants and include the information there.

ESAs are not protected by the ADA. 

I've gone to the ADA County Assessor website where I'm able to find the property owner's name, but not much other info.
