how to rent out my single family house to the licensed personal care home

I live in California.  But I own many single family house in Convington, Riverdale, and Palmetto, GA.  I want to rent it to the licensed personal care home or assisted living.  Does anyone know how to market the single family  house to the licensed personal care home in GA?
